Ingredients
          1/2 lettuce or iceberg lettuce 1
          1/2 onion or 1 sprig of green - white part
          2-3 hard boiled eggs
          150 g canned corn
          1-2 roasted peppers
          # For the sauce:
          100 g yogurt (thick)
          2 tbsp mayonnaise
          1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
          salt
          olive oil or sunflower oil

          Method
              Lettuce washed, drained and cut into strips. To this was added the corn, onion and pepper (chopped) eggs and grated or diced. Salad dressing flavored with milk, mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and olive oil to taste.
