Green salad with French sauce

Ingredients
1 large lettuce or Chinese cabbage
1 tbsp (10 ml) lemon juice
salt
pinch of paprika
pinch of pepper
1 tsp (5 g) sugar
3 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil
1 egg
1 sprig fresh onion
1-2 sprigs of parsley
1 tsp mustard
1 clove garlic

Method
The washed salad is flicked well, it should not have water. Dish is rub the garlic and put it in the leaves of lettuce. Chopped boiled egg arrange over the salad. Mix the lemon juice with salt, paprika, pepper, sugar, vegetable oil and mustard sauce and then pour over the salad. Sprinkle with chopped onion and parsley.
