Green tomatoes - II type

Ingredients
10 kg green tomatoes
100 g garlic
700 g celery leaves
500 g salt
10 liters of water
Method
Selects healthy green tomatoes from one variety, size and color. Cleared from the stems and wash well with water. Arrange with other products without water in suitable containers. Was placed on top lattice (cross) and stone. After the second day rehash (drain the juice and pour again) once daily for 2 weeks.
