# For the Roses:
1 cup sunflower oil
1 cup yogurt
1 cup semolina
125 g butter
1 egg
10 g baking powder
2 vanilla
6-7 cup Flour
Confectionery paint
# For the syrup:
3 cups water
3 cups sugar

Stir well melted butter, the oil, yogurt, egg, semolina and confectionery paint to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Add the flour and the dough. Roll out the dough thinly and cut the glass circles. Redim 5 circles in a row, as gently advocate. Where are covered pressuring them with your fingers. We cut them in half. From one end begin to roll up and shape like a rose. I personally Paiute them in paper forms for muffins, put in custard cups. Bake roses of 180C or 150C if the oven has a fan 15 minutes. Of water and sugar syrup do. After deduction of roses from the oven put them in cold syrup.
