Gyuvetch with vegetables and cheese

Ingredients
100 ml sunflower oil
150 g of fresh butter
400 g onion
1.5 kg peppers
500 g tomatoes
350 g feta cheese
3 eggs
100 g flour
parsley
salt
Method
Onions, finely chopped, stew with hot fat. To the mixture were added and also sauté chopped red peppers and tomatoes. Steamed vegetables spread evenly in pan and cover with grated feta cheese, mixed with some of the chopped parsley. Pour over the sauce, which is made from milk, flour and eggs, add a little salt. Bake in a quick oven. The finished stew is served while hot, sprinkled with chopped parsley.
