Haidushka zelevitsa with pork, mushrooms and rice

Ingredients
1 sour cabbage
1 kg pork chops
500-600 g mushrooms
1 cup Rice
150 g cheese
50 g smoked feta cheese
1 cube of meat broth
100 g sunflower oil
pepper, salt
150 g butter
2 bay leaves
pinch nutmeg optional
Method
Cabbage leaves are separated from the cabbage, so to remain intact and boil in a saucepan for 5 minutes. Fry the rice separately, gradually add water to make the semi. Fried mushrooms in the butter separately from the rice. Smoked cheese and feta cheese cut into small cubes. In the ring (clay) stew whose bottom walls are covered with cabbage leaves are arranged in advance salted and sprinkled with black pepper steaks - so as to cover the bottom. Put the steaks on 3-4 tbsp rice, mushrooms, diced cheese and smoked feta cheese and 4-5 cabbage leaves. Top again put steaks and so ranks as casseroles end products - top put 4-5 cabbage leaves and a little sunflower oil. The broth was dissolved in 400 ml water, add pepper, two bay leaves and a pinch of nutmeg optional and simmer for 2 minutes on low heat. Then pour in a pot, so that almost cover it (if necessary add more hot water). Casseroles is pricked 6-7 with a knife and bake in a preheated 200C oven for about an hour and a half.
