Ingredients
250 g pitted dates
200 ml sunflower sunflower oil
2 eggs
75 g almond flour (finely ground almonds)
75 g cocoa
2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
75 g walnuts
100 g zucchini
2-3 tbsp coconut
50 u chocolate (optional)

Method
Dates are soaked in water for about 20 minutes. Then drain the water and ground together with the oil and eggs in a food processor or blender. Was added thereto, cocoa, baking powder, almond flour and salt and stir everything again in a blender (food processor). mixture moves in a bowl and add finely grated zucchini and in large pieces crushed or chopped walnuts. Everything is kneaded well and pour into pre-oiled and covered with paper baking pan (about 18x18 cm). cake bake in preheated oven at 180C degrees for about half an hour. After baking, leave the tray in the oven for another ten minutes. Then subtract the cake on a wire rack or tray and leave to cool. Cooled braunis cut into pieces that are watered with melted chocolate and sprinkled with coconut.

This is a very tasty and healthy alternative to the original braunis. Become enough of sweet dates, but by fields and with chocolate, the taste is great. Coconut can be put inside the wishes and cake batter.
