Hearts skinless sausages with eggs, feta cheese and peppers

Ingredients
8 skinless sausages (from longer)
200 g grated cheese or crumbled feta cheese - maybe a combination of both
6 eggs
1-2 peppers
parsley
1 tbsp sunflower oil
pepper
Method
Selects 6 equal length skinless sausage, peel and cut lengthwise, in the bottom halves are unattached (about 1 cm remains uncut). Separated tabs pull away and down while their tips together to form a heart. Attach with toothpicks. Sorting shaped hearts in a baking dish, greased with sunflower oil. The remaining 2 skinless sausage finely, add the cheese, chopped peppers, parsley and pepper. With this mixture fill the hearts. Top clicks is 1 egg yolk taking care to remain intact. Bake in a moderate oven until the egg white solidify. Serve hot, garnished with pickles and decorated with ketchup.
