Home-made pate of chicken liver

Ingredients
900 g chicken livers
2 tbsp sunflower oil
2 carrots
1 onion
100 g butter
parsley
pepper, salt

Method
Livers are cleaned, washed, sprinkled with salt and pepper and left for 15 minutes. carrots grated and fried in the oil. After 7-8 minutes add chopped onion. Once softened add livers and parsley. Allow the stove until the liquid evaporates. Then everything passaged along with the butter. Store in refrigerator.
