Homemade fish sticks

Ingredients
500 g of hake fillets or other fish
1 slice white bread
50 ml milk
2 tbsp butter
1 egg
1 tsp ready seasoning for fish
2 tbsp semolina
1 tbsp dill
breadcrumbs for rolling
salt
fat frying

Method
Bread soaked in milk and together with the fish digest. Add the butter, egg, seasoning for fish, salt, semolina, dill and kneaded nice. Then with wet hands shape sticks size of your choice and rolled in breadcrumbs. Leave for 15 minutes in the refrigerator to firm. Fry until golden.

Only 1 vaprosche fish with blender you deal with it?

Maybe machine for meat.

Better with a meat mincer with electrical. Blender move to become sticky mixture, and to feel something between his teeth, mestse some:-) Super recipe in the near future will make it!

Rally was right. I also do them with a meat grinder.
