Ingredients
1 and 1/4 cup oatmeal
2/3 cup milk
2/3 cup yogurt
1 tsp vanilla essence
2/3 cup orange juice
1/4 cup honey
1 and 1/2 cup grated apples (about 1 large apple)
1 cup sliced almonds
3 cups fruits optional (apples, pears, peaches, apricots, etc.)

Method
Oatmeal mixed with milk or yogurt and vanilla and set aside for 5 minutes. Orange juice and honey, mix thoroughly and add to apples, almonds and chopped fruit. Add oats mixture and stirred. Can be prepared the night before. * Milk, yoghurt can be low-fat or fat-free. Milk can be replaced with soy or almond.

In recent times every day for breakfast I eat a simplified version of this muesli. The evening soak 1/2. H. Oatmeal in 1/3 h. H. (Almond) milk, yoghurt and some juice without sugar dobasena (orange, apple, grapefruit). Put a little raisins or dried apricots and mix well. In the morning, add 1. L. Nuts or coconut and chopped fruit. I love breakfast, and very quickly prepared.
