Indian dessert with milk and vermicelli (Semiya Payasam)

Ingredients
4-5 cups milk (skimmed)
1 tbsp melted butter
2 cup sugar
2 cup vermicelli
1/2 tsp cardamom
1 tbsp raisins
10-12 cashew
nutmeg powder
1/5 tsp saffron

Method
Nuts are roasted until golden. In a pan fry noodles until golden. Boiling in water already fried vermicelli, then put the milk, sugar and so on slow fire leave stirring occasionally. Add cardamom and toasted nuts when I pour before serving. Can be eaten warm or chilled.
