Ingredients
30 ml Irish whiskey
100 ml black coffee (espresso)
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tbsp whipped cream
nutmeg
Method
At the bottom of a tall glass goblet pour sugar (to taste ), poured whiskey and stirred until the sugar dissolved. Pour coffee and stir gently. Add shattered cream and sprinkle with grated nutmeg.
