Ingredients
2.5 kg peaches
1 kg of sugar
1 tbsp limontozu
250 g walnuts

Method
Peaches wiped off with a cloth to make them fall moss, washed, peeled and chopped quarters. Sprinkle with sugar. Stay so 7:00 and put on the stove to boil for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stay 3-4 hours, then dovaryavat to the required density. Shortly before the jam to be removed permanently from the heat, add limontozuto. Optional ready to jam can add roasted walnuts. Be poured hot into jars and sealed.
