Kafta

Ingredients
1 kg minced meat veal
2 bunches of parsley
2 onions
Arab spice (a mixture of cumin, mint, cardamom, cinnamon, coriander)
5 tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp tomato paste
salt
pepper
Method
Chopped meat is thoroughly mixed with chopped onion, garlic, 2 tomatoes, tomato paste, salt and pepper, two bunches of parsley, chopped Stine and Arab spice. Spread the finished mince into an oiled pan and bake 30 minutes in a moderate oven. Cut the remaining 3 tomatoes on wheels with thickness 4-5 mm. and rank on minced meat. Bake for a further 15 minutes.

Arab spice - what?

Today I did kafta, but tomatoes with shredded cheese. Became quite well. Spices added to fenugreek, allspice and thyme.
