Ingredients
1/2 cup (100 g) beans
1/2 cup (100 g) lentils
1 (50 g) carrots
Chapter 1 (50 g) onion
1 sprig (100 g) leek
2 (100 g) of potatoes
5-6 tbsp (50 ml) olive oil
5 thin slices (150 g) bread
parsley
vinegar
salt

Method
Beans and lentils, having cleaned and washed, boiled together to polusvaryavane. Add the oil with carrots, onions (onions and leeks) and potatoes, chopped. Boil the soup until ready, add salt, sprinkle with chopped parsley and acidify to taste. In tureen put the slices of bread (thinly sliced) and over them pour the broth.
