Kapama with dock

Ingredients
8 handfuls (1,5 kg) dock
100 g butter
1/4 connection mint
1 sprig savory
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
5 dried red peppers
salt
Method
Leaves docks are washed well and cleaned of stems. Arrange rows in a wide shallow bowl whole or coarsely chopped, as sprinkled with savory, mint, salt and pepper and here and there put red peppers and chili peppers optional. On the last line put small lumps butter. Sprinkled with a little water, zahupvat and choking on low heat until completely soft. Finally in uncap cover can Roasted in the oven.
