Kapama rabbit

Ingredients
1 rabbit (1.5 - 2 kg)
entrails of birds
1 cup (200 g) bulgur
1/2 cup (100 g) fat
1/2 cup (100 ml) wine
1 tbsp (10 g) red pepper
allspice
pepper
salt
Method
Rabbit soak in cold water for 10-12 hours, as places with gore cut to separate more easily blood. Then washed and podsolyava. Viscera are washed and boiled for half an hour in salted water, then cut into cubes. In some of the fat stew the bulgur. Then, add salt and stir. It is filled rabbit. Rabbit after sutured abdominal hole is placed in a container with some water, pour the wine and the remaining oil and stew on low heat, cover the vessel with mortar dough.
