Kavarma of pork pancakes

Ingredients
700-800 g pork meat without bones
2 tbsp pork lard
4-6 onions
8 canned tomatoes
1/3 cup red wine
1 chili pepper
savory
salt
8 ready pancakes
Method
Cut the meat into small cubes, add salt and cook until catch reddish brown. Remove to a warmed court. Add the onion, cut into crescents and after softening his add the tomatoes, peeled and chopped, wine Peppermint crushed pepper and savory (1 pinch). After 2-3 minutes the dish retired from the fire, the thick part and the meat is distributed in pancakes that are rolled or folded in half and pour the sauce separate from the dish.
