Lamb in a pot

Ingredients
1 kg lamb
2 bunches green onions
500 g fresh small potatoes
200 g carrots
300 g mushrooms
3 green peppers
1-2 cloves garlic
salt
pepper
500 g yogurt
paprika
Method
Wash and cut the lamb. Green onions, carrots, mushrooms and peppers are cut, only potatoes remain intact. All products rank in the pot, place the garlic and spices, pour water and sunflower oil. Put it in a non-heated oven and bake at 250 C. When the meat is almost ready to pour the yogurt and bake.
