Ingredients
          700 g lamb
          1 kg potatoes
          1 red or green pepper
          tomato 1
          1 onion
          paprika, salt
          sunflower oil
          mint, lovage

          Method
              Fry the meat is , add red pepper, cut onion, add a little water and stew for a while, then pour into stew. Add all the other vegetables and spices. Bake at 150C degrees for half an hour or until ready.
