Layered cake with eggplant and minced meat

Ingredients
3 large eggplant (longer)
250-300 g minced meat
100 g cheese
1 smoked chicken leg or other smoked sausage
1 small onion
200 g cooked pasta
salt, pepper, paprika
Tharos, parsley, garlic
2-3 eggs
Method
Eggplant cut at length slices, salted, stay about 30 minutes, drained of taking the juice, rolled in flour and fried until golden. In a pan with a little sunflower oil fry the crushed garlic, onion, minced meat with spices. Add ragged boneless leg and cooked pasta. While the mixture is hot put the grated cheese and leave the country to poraztopi. Cool and add the beaten eggs. Shaped cake - Teflon with hole - arrange the slices of eggplant as boats (the walls of the form) have little overlap. On them pour the filling. Bake in preheated oven until the mixture harden. Attention is on the platter after cool a bit. In the middle of the cake (the hole) are placed arranged like a flower bigger slices of tomato. On it sprayed a thick mayonnaise.

Ivelina, very interesting offer! There is a picture that I can not imagine it would look like! I could not figure out how to put fried eggplant ...

Unfortunately I have no photo. On the walls of the form put the slices of eggplant, I wrote like boats to cover the walls of the convex part of the form, where the walls of the hole and the form itself. And should overlap. Therefore eggplants should be more dalgichki. I hope you understand me.
