Layered cake Gloria

Ingredients
4 eggs
4 tbsp hot water
200 g sugar
200 g flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 vanilla
# For the cream:
750 g cream
100 g of powdered sugar
20 g gelatin
2 vanilla
2 tsp instant coffee
2 tbsp rum
100 g grated chocolate
1 tbsp cocoa
# To decorate:
coarsely grated chocolate

Method
Eggs are broken down with water foam. Add sugar and vanilla and stir until the sugar has melted. Flour with baking powder was sieved, added to the egg mixture and the whole was stirred to a smooth dough. Pour dough into a thin layer in a rectangular tray covered with oiled paper. Bake 10-15 minutes in preheated oven at 220 C. The baked base sprinkle with a little sugar turns to be released from the paper and leave to cool. After it is cut into strips 5 cm wide. Soak the gelatine in a little water stir cream with powdered sugar and vanilla. Instant coffee dissolved in rum and added to the cream with cocoa and grated chocolate. The gelatin was melted in a water bath and then cooled down as is well mixed with the cream. With two thirds of the cream was test strips. One of them is wound like a snail and placed in the middle of the cake pan. The remaining strips are wound helically around it. so shaped cake Spread top and sides with the remaining cream and smoothed. Leave for several hours in the refrigerator. Before presenting sprinkle with coarsely grated chocolate.

These are all the cakes of no other book. But there are other cakes in the other books, but not copied and them. Because you do not know you will be nadebeleesh of reading, but I'm retyping already boarded a kilo. Hee-hee-hee.
