Layered cake with white icing

Ingredients
# For the base:
3 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup flour
grated peel of 1/2 lemon
3 tbsp water
1 tsp baking powder
# For the cream:
1 and 1/2 cup milk
chocolate 70 g or 30 g cocoa
5 yolks
1 cup sugar
12 g gelatin or 1 tbsp flour
# For white glaze:
2 egg whites
1 cup powdered sugar
lemon juice
walnut or almond nuts
Method
The dough for the base is prepared by the egg yolks and water to fight a few minutes. Then add sugar, flour sifted with baking powder and finally beaten egg whites. The finished mixture is poured into a greased and floured baking dish. Bake in a moderate oven. After cooling, is cut into two parts. To make the cream, milk is boiled with sugar and chocolate. Once melted, the milk is removed from the heat, add the gelatine, previously soaked in lukewarm water, and egg yolks one at a time, stirring continuously with a wire. Then the cream is put back on low heat and stir until it becomes a thick paste. After cooling completely, it is assembled the two parts of the base, and is coated on the side. Nalepva with thinly sliced ​​or chopped nuts in large pieces. The top of the cake covered with white icing - Both egg whites are broken down into snow with powdered sugar and acidified with a little lemon juice.
