Ingredients
4 chicken legs
2 tbsp soy sauce
garlic powder, black pepper, salt
1 cup beer
# For cream sauce:
300 ml liquid cooking cream
1 small onion
3 pickles
1 lemon
Method
Legs are flavored with the juice of 1/2 lemon 2 tbsp soy sauce, salt, pepper and 1 tsp garlic powder. Stay two hours, arrange in a baking dish with a little oil, pour 1 cup beer and 1 cup water. Bake. Serve with cream sauce flights: stews 1 onion and 3 pickles (cut) in a little oil, add the cream, salt, pepper and stir over low heat until thickened.
