Lentil soup with carrot and pepper

Ingredients
2 cups lentils
1 onion
1 carrot
pepper 1
3 cloves garlic
savory
1 tbsp flour
2 tbsp paprika
100-150 g of tomato juice
sunflower oil
vegeta
lovage
white pepper

salt

Method
The lentils is washed and put to boil. All vegetables are cut into very small pieces, and garlic cloves purposes. After the lentils boil add all vegetables, tomato juice, vegetata, salt and savory. 5 minutes before take off from heat stir red pepper, and flour 2-3 tbsp sunflower oil. Is taken from the broth and diluted lentils. The finished soup thickener returns to the soup, sprinkle with lovage, white pepper and Unisosa and allow another 5-10 minutes on low heat.

I put plenty of garlic as sklidkite not trouble them.

I do not roux. For me it is more delicious.

Can no tomatoes?
