Liver with onions and olives

Ingredients
500 g chicken livers
3-4 peeled tomatoes
100 g olives
1 stalk leek
salt, pepper, paprika
3 tbsp sunflower oil
3 tbsp dry white wine
Method
Livers are cleaned and washed, arranged in glass baking dish with a lid. Are put olives. Leeks and tomatoes fried in the oil, then add the wine. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Once is tender leeks and tomato juice is reduced, livers pour this mixture. Bake in a moderate oven.
