Liver with tomatoes

Ingredients
1 kg liver
1 kg tomatoes
1 head of garlic
sunflower oil
parsley
pepper
flour
Method
Liver cut into chunks that add salt, roll in flour and arrange in a baking dish. On top sprinkle with a little sunflower oil, pour with grated tomatoes, which are added the crushed garlic and pepper. The dish is baked in a moderate oven.
