Lutenitsa green tomatoes

Ingredients
2 kg green tomatoes
2 kg red peppers
1 cup sunflower oil
1 cup sugar
5 tbsp vinegar
3 tbsp salt
pepper
garlic
1 bunch parsley

Method
Washed green tomatoes are finely chopped. Add the oil, sugar, vinegar, salt and put to boil. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, add chopped peppers, simmer for 15-20 minutes. Add pepper, garlic and parsley finely chopped, then escape in jars, sterilized for 10 minutes.

Akva7, taste rather close to that of chutney, only in appearance resembles kiopolu! The recipe is very good, definitely recommend it!
