Marinated mushrooms salad or preserves

Ingredients
1 kg mushrooms (mushrooms, rizhiki, chanterelles or other)
150 ml sunflower oil
100 ml vinegar
15 peppercorns
4 bay leaves
6 cloves garlic
3- 4 grains allspice

Method
Mushrooms nice wash (wash as easily put in a deep dish, sprinkle with flour and pour in water). Put to boil in salted water for 1 hour. Prepare 1 liter of brine from the water in which they were boiled mushrooms and spices mentioned. Allow to boil for about 5 minutes. Mushrooms are lining up in jars (size is optional) and pour with hot brine, and then sterilized half hour. If you want to eat them immediately, it needs to boil mushrooms in brine 15 minutes then drain and serve sprinkled with parsley or dill, according to your taste.
