Ingredients
1 kg oranges
1 kg of sugar
1 liter of water
1 tsp (5 g) tartaric acid
Method
Orange peel peeled off. Stick a needle in several places. Boiled in water for 3 spin yarn 5 minutes after each cooking are put in cold water. Cut into pieces and placed in a compressed sugar syrup.
