Ingredients
500 g whole-milk cottage cheese
50 g parmesan cheese or Emmental
3 tbsp (30 g) flour
2 eggs
1 sprig parsley
pepper
salt
butter
sunflower oil
tomato sauce
Method
Pressed cottage cheese mixed with grated feta cheese, chopped parsley, flour, spices, beaten eggs, stir well, pour on board and kneaded dough. If necessary, add a little flour. There are also 16 balls of dough, fried in butter and sunflower oil to pinking and served with tomato sauce.
