Meatballs with roasted leeks

Ingredients
500 g of ground beef
Chapter 1 (50 g) onion
5-6 sprigs (100 g) leek
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
1 slice (75 g) bread
4 eggs
citric acid
pepper
salt
Method
The meat is kneaded with grated onion, pre-soaked in water bread, 1 egg, pepper and salt to taste. There are also small patties, then fry. In the same fat stew until tender leeks, chopped, then pour into a baking dish. On leeks rank meatballs. Pour over a little hot water and bake in the oven until the water evaporates. Pour in the remaining 3 eggs, beaten with citric acid, and again bake. Serve warm.
