Mediterranean mini sponge cakecheta

Ingredients
400 g flour
10 g baking powder (1 packet)
4 eggs
2 tbsp olive oil
200 g canned tuna, drained
200 g feta cheese feta, diced
1 tomato diced
1 tsp paprika
1/2 green pepper, diced

Method
Heat the oven to 180 C. The eggs are broken, mixed with flour, add baking powder and olive oil. Stir gently with a wooden spoon. Add the tuna, the feta cheese, tomatoes, half green pepper and red pepper. The finished mixture is well stirred again with wooden stirrer and distributed in 12 shapes of cakes. Bake 30 minutes.
