Ingredients
# For the omelet:
3 eggs
pinch of salt
2 tbsp water
# For the filling:
100 g ham
100 g cheese
1 hard tomato
1 pepper (raw or roast of your choice)
canned corn
basil
pepper
Method
Cut all products for the filling and leave them aside, pour mixture omelet in the pan and when the eggs begin to tighten redim filling on one half, sandwiching the other and serve.
