Milk pita with feta cheese and cottage cheese

Ingredients
100 cottage cheese
400 g flour
100 ml sunflower oil
100 ml milk
5 ml vinegar
100 cheese
200 g feta cheese
50 g cream
3 eggs
50 g sugar
2 vanilla
10 ml lemon juice
Method
Mix milk with 50 ml sunflower oil, vinegar and salt. The mixture was poured into sifted flour and prepared tight elastic dough. Allow to stand for about 30 minutes, rolled out to sheet about 3 mm thick, is stretched thin sheet spread on a cloth and smeared with sunflower oil. Grate the cheese and the feta cheese, passaged to the cottage cheese through a sieve. Add the cream, 2 raw eggs, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice. Stir it until a uniform mass. Prepared stuffing evenly distributed on the thin crust of dough, using the pita towel rolled up and put it with the seam down in greased pan. Dab with egg and bake in a hot oven.
