Minced meat fresh cabbage

Ingredients
500 g minced meat (mixture)
1 cabbage
1/3 cup sunflower oil
2 onions
2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
3-4 cloves garlic
2 red tomatoes
salt
Method
Chopped onion stew and fry in the oil. When onions turn pink, add the minced meat and cut into thin strips cabbage. Pour 1/2 cup hot water, add the chopped dill, pepper and chopped garlic. The mixture add salt and stew 10 minutes, then pour into a baking dish. Bake at medium heat until soft (if necessary, make up a little water). Then cut the top rank of rings and red tomatoes dopicha another 15 minutes.
