Ingredients
1 kg peppers
30-40 g butter
250 g feta cheese
5 eggs
parsley

Method
The peppers are baked and cleared. Cut into thin strips and fry in the butter. When pozaparzhat are added crushed feta cheese. The mixture was stirred well and also pozaparzhva, then add the beaten eggs. Stir until a homogeneous mixture and eggs are not raw. Before you remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Optional can add the onions.
