Moist cake with cream

Ingredients
5 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 cup chopped walnuts
baking powder 1
1 vanilla
rind of 1 lemon
# For the syrup:
2 cup water
1 cup sugar
70 g butter
2 tbsp cocoa
# For the cream:
1 egg
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp water
3 tbsp cognac
2 tbsp cocoa
Method
Beat eggs, sugar and flour with baking powder and grated lemon rind. Pour into greased and floured form half of the mixture, dusted with the walnuts and pour the rest of the dough. Bake in preheated moderate oven. The syrup is prepared by melting the butter and mixed with other products to form a homogeneous mixture with a desired density. Cake is moist and allow to stand for 1 hour. Prepare the cream as the products are mixed and it is smeared cake on top.
