Moussaka in casseroles

Ingredients
1 onion
1 carrot
1 pepper
500 g minced meat
1 kg potatoes
1 beef bouillon cube
savory, black pepper, salt
# TOPPING:
4 eggs
200 g sour milk
1 tsp flour

Method
Onions, peppers and carrots are finely chopped and fry in a little oil until golden onion. Add the mince and fry until beans. Add broth and after dissolving put chopped into small cubes potatoes braised less. After their removal from the heat pour in a pot. Add salt, pepper and savory taste, stir, put the lid and put to bake in the cold oven to 170 C until ready. Pour the beaten eggs with the flour and yogurt and back in the oven to bake just above 200 C until ready.
