500 g tomatoes
1 kg potatoes

Method
Peel the potatoes, washed, cut, add salt and fry. The beans are cleaned, cut and stew in sunflower oil and a little water. After softening its drain. In a buttered baking dish arrange the potatoes, savory slices tomatoes, green beans. Each layer sprinkle lightly with pepper. Pour over the beaten eggs with yogurt, sprinkle with plenty of chopped parsley and bake in a moderate oven. Serve with crushed garlic.
