Moussaka with poached eggs

Ingredients
700 g pork
700 g potatoes
2 onions
1 tomato
6 eggs
1/2 cup fat
salt
pepper
paprika
savory

Method
Cut the meat into small pieces and stew with fat for about 40-50 minutes. Add the chopped onion, salt, red and black pepper. Once softened, pour the onion in a pan, add chopped into small cubes of potatoes, grated tomato, savory, pour 1 cup hot water. Mix and bake in a moderate oven. In baked moussaka made minor dents and each is clicks on an egg low, sprinkle with a little oil and bake until hardened egg white.

the first time I kept the recipe and get gorgeous results! Yesterday I decided to repeat the experience but I added about 8/9 pichurki pre smothered in margarine. It was a nice meal with a wonderful aroma. Try it you'll like it!
