Moussaka of spaghetti and chicken

Ingredients
500 g spaghetti
60 g butter
1 small chicken
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
1 yolk
lemon juice
pepper
salt
Method
Chicken cooked in a small amount of salted water, remove and remove the skin and bones. Meat chopped finely and sprinkle with pepper. Spaghetti broken in 5-6 cm in length and boil in salted water, drained and mixed with half of the butter. Make a thick bechamel sauce from the remaining butter, flour and broth of chicken. Once the sauce thickens, remove from heat and taste with lemon juice. Thicken with egg yolks and pour evenly over the moussaka made from pasta and chicken. The dish is baked until the topping is browned.
