1.5 kg potatoes
Chapter 1 onion
500 g spinach
2 eggs
125 g yogurt
2 carrots

Method
Potatoes cut into cubes, onion of finely grated carrots. Fry the onions and carrots to pan and after tender add chopped spinach stew for 1-2 minutes and remove from heat. During this time the potatoes are placed in a pan with oil and fry directly in the oven as is often agitated. Once you are almost ready to put salt, savory, 1 cup water and the mixture from the pan, stir well and smoothing top. Beat the eggs with the milk and pour them over the moussaka, spread evenly and bake until golden brown on top.
