Mousse filling cakes

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups cream
3 tbsp sugar
1 package vanilla pudding without cooking
1 and 1/4 cup milk
225 g cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
2-3 tbsp sour cream
10 g gelatin (1 packet)
1/4 cup water

Method
Cream mix with sugar. Pudding mix with milk as it thickens a little bit of cream added. The gelatin is soaked in water and dissolved in a water bath or microwave. Cream the feta cheese mix with sifted powdered sugar until smooth cream. You can add a few tablespoons of sour cream. To the resulting cream was added in less than the dissolved gelatin. To the mixture little by little added cream pudding and cream. options: - mousse flavored white chocolate - white chocolate is melted with a little cream, leave it to cool and add to the cream of the feta cheese before gelatin. - Chocolate mousse, used chocolate pudding and add melted chocolate brown. - Mocha Mousse - like chocolate, but the water that soak the gelatin is dissolved instant coffee or use ready coffee machine.
