Muffins with pineapple

Ingredients
of pineapple compote
2 cup flour
500 g yogurt
baking powder 1
2 vanilla
120 g butter
1 tbsp baking
2 cup sugar
Method
Flour is kneaded with soft butter on wheat flour. Add yoghurt with dissolved into it soda, baking powder, sugar and vanilla. All mix of thick dough. In trays or muffin cups custard, well greased with butter, place 3-4 pieces of pineapple on top and put the dough to fill the tray. Sprinkle with a little sugar and pour 1 tsp juice compote. Bake in preheated oven at 200 C for 15-20 minutes. Served as a turn in individual plates and decorate with pieces of pineapple and whipped cream (optional and can with powdered sugar).
