1.5 liters of fresh milk
200 g sugar
120 g small semolina
70 g starch
3 eggs
500 g filo pastry sheets
powdered sugar
butter spreads sheet
In a saucepan put milk and sugar to warm on the stove and then add fuzzy starch with a little milk and semolina, eggs broken in advance. Stirring constantly until a thick cream. Cover with kitchen foil to not get crust and leave it to cool. Divide the two sheet and begin to arrange the tray in the first half as mazhem each with melted butter (better tray is rectangular). Put the cream and arrange the second half of the peel. Cut into pieces and bake at 180 C in a preheated oven.
