Nervosa meatballs

Ingredients
300 g veal
200 g streaky pork
100 g smoked sausage
1 onion
pepper 1
1 chili pepper
1 thick slice dry white bread without crust
2-3 tbsp milk
1 egg
pinch of pepper
cumin
allspice
flour
salt
fat frying
Method
Meat add salt and grind with sausage, cleaned of seeds peppers, onions and moisten with milk bread twice. The resulting mixture was aged for 1 hour. Add egg and spices and is kneaded very well. Formed into balls that are rolled in flour and fry in preheated oil.
