Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
250 g mushrooms
1 onion
50 g butter
sunflower oil
salt
4-5 eggs

Method
Peel the potatoes, boil and smash mashed. Sliced mushrooms and the onion fry 30 g butter and add to the puree. The mixture is salted to taste and form balls with a diameter of about 10 cm and arrange in a greased baking dish with sunflower oil. Of each ball is made nest and it clicks in 1 egg. Sprinkle top with butter and bake 20 minutes in a moderate oven.

This recipe I liked! Even inspired and made small additions to it :) In potatoes, mushrooms and onions except salt and pepper added, and the eggs sprinkled with savory. Was very tasty :) Next time I plan to constipation nests and some sausage, but the dish will now be assigned to the category with sausages :)
dish is very tasty. Indeed, as thus prepared nests potatoes and mushrooms can add whatever you wish. This mixture of mushrooms and potatoes may well be used for salad.

I added cooked carrot pickle to the potatoes. In some nests put egg and cheese in the other.
