Nettle soup with tomato and potato

Ingredients
2 handfuls of nettle
1 potato
3 scallions
3-4 clove garlic (maybe fresh)
1/3 tomato
3 tsp butter (I used homemade, Overdone )
1 egg
3 tbsp yogurt
fresh mint, parsley
salt
1 tsp flour

Method
Nettle is washed and cut into small pieces, I did not use the handles. Put it to boil in salted water. After a while add onion, garlic, potato, butter and simmer until tender potatoes. At the end add tomatoes, chopped. After 5 to 10 minutes far added already finished soup thickener from the egg and yogurt and then the flour away with a little water. Left to boil off of the stove and finally sprinkled with chopped mint and parsley. The feta cheese sprinkled it on top before serving, but the image is not captured with him. * Soup thickenerta before it poured into the boiling soup it went through the fire to boil, so are told me that it does not spoil. * Flour also shoot a small stream. * The salt I put an eye.
